Martensitic grade W.-nr. 1.4028 DIN X30Cr13 stainless is suitable to the manufacturing of knives, scissors,

specialty blades, cutting tools, mechanical engineering parts.

We produce stainless precision strip convering austensitic, ferritic, Martensitic including Precipitation hardening steels.

The precision strip produced by us is of highest quality.

It is produced using only raw material from selected raw material suppliers e.g. Tisco, Baosteel, Zpss

and each grade is tailor made by fine tuning the chemical components in order to reach certain properties.

Thickness: 0,02 - 2,00 mm; Width: 2 - 1250 mm

DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND SURFACES
Annealed, cold-reduced according to EN 10088-2, spring hard according to EN 10151, hardened and tempered

according to EN 10088-2.

TOLERANCES
EN ISO 9445, EN ISO 9445 P, closer tolerances on request

DEVIATION FROM STRAIGHTNESS
EN ISO 9445, EN ISO 9445 R, closer tolerances on request

FLATNESS
ISO 9445, closer tolerances on request

EDGE FINISHES
Mill edges, slit, reduced burr, deburred, rolled, chamfered, rounded

FORMS OF DELIVERY
Typical inner diameters are 300 mm, 400 mm, 508 mm.
Upon request, we can offer coils with inner diameters of 200 mm, 250 mm or even non-standard customized inner diameters.
